Hola amigos! Cómo nuestros clientes habituales sabéis, la tartaleta o tarta de manzana con hojaldre fácil y casera es nuestra especialidad, y muchas veces nos habéis pedido la deliciosa receta que tenemos en nuestra Confitería Collada de productos gourmet en Gijón. Dado que es uno de nuestros postres favoritos, nos hemos animado a daros una receta para que la podáis hacer también en vuestra casa.



🤤 Aunque en nuestra tienda podéis comprar muchas tartas y tartaletas de diferentes tipos, también no gusta que los cocinillas puedan hacerlas en sus casa, al fin y al cabo compartir es vivir. Tan solo pedimos que si venés por Asturias, a Gijón más concretamente, vengáis a la confitería detrás de la estatua de Pelayo, y nos contéis que tal os ha salido ¡Nos encanta comentar con nuestros clientes sobre las recetas!

¿Es fácil hacer una tartaleta de manzana?

La tarta de manzana es un tradicional que jamás pasa de moda; es que verdaderamente cualquier género de receta de tarta de manzana queda bien. Desde la tarta de manzana americana o bien Apple Pie hasta la tartaleta de manzana con hojaldre, un clásico… ¡y es que la manzana tiene un sabor ideal para la pastelería!

Como sabemos que muchos de vosotros asimismo sois apasionados a las tartas de manzanas el día de hoy hemos querido reunir las diez mejores recetas de tarta de manzana: esas que jamás fallan, con las que vais a triunfar en cualquier ocasión… Aun os traemos una receta de tarta de manzana en vídeo a fin de que no tengáis ninguna duda y podáis continuar las instrucciones pasito a pasito.

Ingredientes

Estos son los ingredientes necesarios para hacer la tartaleta de manzana de hojaldre. Si tenéis cualquier pregunta dejarla en comentarios:

  • Cuatro manzanas
  • Ciento ochenta gr. de harina
  • Medio sobre de diastasa química (ocho gramos de polvos para enhornar)
  • Dos huevos
  • Cien gr. de azúcar moreno
  • Ciento setenta y cinco ml. de leche
  • Frutos
  • Mermelada de manzana
  • Mantequilla y harina para el molde

Elaboración Tarta de Manzana con Hojaldre

Los pasos de esta tartaleta de manzana con hojaldre son muy sencillos, hasta un niño podría hacerlo ¿No te lo crees? ¡Pues vamos allá!

  1. Preparamos la crema pastelera: Lo primero es preparar nuestra crema para rellenar la tarta de manzana, para esto mezclamos las yemas de huevo con la harina fina de maíz y ciento cincuenta ml de leche, reservamos. Ponemos en un cazo trescientos cincuenta ml de leche (lo que nos quedaba) así como la piel de limón, el azúcar y la vainilla y llevamos a ebullición, bajamos un tanto el fuego y también incorporamos poquito a poco la mezcla reservada, mientras que vamos añadiéndola vamos mezclando con unas varillas, proseguimos mezclando hasta el momento en que la mezcla espese, debe quedar una crema suave y sin grumos. Separamos del fuego y dejamos que se temple.
  2. Rellenamos el hojaldre con crema y manzana: Extendemos la plancha de hojaldre y cortamos en porciones rectangulares del tamaño que os guste, suelo hacer 4. Doblamos los 4 bordes cara dentro y extendemos en la parte central un tanto de crema, encima ponemos la manzana cortada en gajos finos.
  3. Pincelamos con almíbar: Pincelamos la manzana y los bordes con un tanto de mermelada albaricoque que calentamos un tanto en el microondas para licuarla.
  4. Horneamos: Ya solo nos queda meter nuestras tartas de manzana en el horno precalentado, unos quince minutos a doscientos grados y listas para gozar.

Consejo Final

Para terminar, desde la confitería Collada queremos recomendamos que lo acompañéis con un poco de leche o con un té para desayunar. Os prometemos que será una verdadera delicia al paladar. Cómo siempre decimos para despedirnos nos vemos en Gijón, un abrazo amigos.
